Metricus Administrator Workshop
 

Training for those who use Metricus on a daily basis

The Metricus Administrator Workshop is a 1-day virtual training course designed for professionals who use Metricus on a daily basis. At the end of this training course Administrators know Metricus inside out and are able to produce efficient IT performance management information to your management.

Audience

This workshop is recommended for those involved in the day-to-day operations of Metricus. This includes program management professionals, CIO office staff, Service Reporting, Metric responsible.

Learning Outcomes

At the end of the Metricus Enablement Workshop Participants:

  1. Understand the principles of successful IT Performance Management
  2. Know how to configure scorecard and dashboard pages and can publish these in the Metricus Workspace
  3. Can assign scorecards and dashboards to various users in the Workspace
  4. Are able to analyze information and publish reports Enablement Workshop Modules
